  abstract    = {This paper presents our findings with the Testing and Test Control Notation (TTCN-3). Using recently developed tools, we have successfully implemented a TTCN-3 test suite for the GIOP/IIOP standardized CORBA interoperability protocol. Of particular interest are TTCN-3 improvements over its predecessor Tree and Tabular Combined Notation (TTCN-2). This paper described the GIOP test suite, its design and implementation and compares it to a TTCN-2 test suite for GIOP. With our comparison, we specifically address test developers with technical knowledge on at least one of the TTCN versions.},
